ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These general terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) govern the terms of implementation of the Subscription that may be enjoyed by any non-commercial individual located in mainland France (“You”).
It should be noted that residents of overseas departments, regions, and communities (DROM-COM), as well as professionals, are expressly excluded from benefiting from the Subscription.
By subscribing to the Subscription, You acknowledge that You have read and fully and unreservedly accept the Terms of Use.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBSCRIPTION
You can subscribe to the Subscription either on the website robindesbois.com, by mail, or by phone.
ARTICLE 3 – TRIAL PERIOD
No trial period is currently offered.
ARTICLE 4 – BENEFITS
The Subscription allows You to benefit from the following advantages (the “Benefits”):
Benefit 1: All year round, you automatically receive discounts on many furniture and decoration products. These discounts ranging from -10% to -30% are exclusive to Robin + cardholders and are indicated on the product sheet of the concerned items.
Benefit 2: Several times a year, you enjoy Private Sales and exclusive Robin + promotions.
The Benefits apply to any order placed by mail, phone, in the showroom with identification to your ROBIN + customer account, on the website https://www.robindesbois.com/en/.
The Benefits are personal and nominative, they can only be used by You. They cannot be transferred, sold, refunded, or subject to any monetary compensation or used for purposes other than those expressly provided for in the Terms of Use.
The Benefits may be withdrawn and your Subscription will be automatically terminated in case of abusive or fraudulent use of your Subscription, or more generally for any breach of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
ARTICLE 5 – DURATION - TERMINATION
Your Subscription and the Benefits are activated immediately upon registration of your subscription and payment of the Subscription fee. If you benefit from the Trial Period, You can use the Benefits, free of charge and without commitment.
Your Subscription is valid for one (1) year from its activation date or, where applicable, from the expiration of the Trial Period (the “Anniversary Date”).
Your card will not be automatically renewed.
Article L215-3 of the Consumer Code: “The provisions of this chapter are also applicable to contracts concluded between professionals and non-professionals.”
ARTICLE 6 – PRICE - PAYMENT
The Subscription fee is fifteen (15) euros per year.
Upon subscription, the payment of the Subscription fee is made by credit card.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the activation of your Subscription, or if applicable, from the expiration of the Trial Period, to cancel it. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by making your request, notably by phone at 09 86 33 85 85 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12:30 pm - Free service + local call cost) or by mail to the following address: robindesbois.com Customer Service - Customer Relations Service – 5 avenue des Grands Philambins 86360 Chasseneuil du Poitou. You can also use the withdrawal form found in Appendix 1 of these Terms of Use.
In this case, the Subscription fees you have paid will be refunded within fourteen (14) days following your withdrawal declaration. Your Subscription and the associated Benefits will be canceled.
Beyond the legal withdrawal period, the Subscription can only be terminated on the Anniversary Date in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.
ARTICLE 8 – MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF THE ROBIN + SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
The Subscription, the Benefits, and the related Terms of Use may evolve or be modified by robindesbois.com. You will be informed via email or mail depending on the chosen mode of communication.
In case of an additional benefit in your favor, it will be applicable immediately.
In the event of termination of the ROBIN + Subscription service and/or one or more Benefits, you will be informed one (1) month in advance via email or mail depending on the chosen mode of communication.
ARTICLE 9 – HACKING OF THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
In case of hacking of the customer account associated with your Subscription, it is your responsibility to report it to the dedicated customer service as soon as possible. Robindesbois.com will then proceed to block the hacked account and invite you to create a new customer account. If applicable, your Subscription will be automatically reinstated.
ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use are subject to French law. The competent court in case of a dispute will be that of the defendant's place of residence.

2. COMFORT Delivery : For added convenience, this option includes delivery by two people who will bring your furniture upstairs and place it in the room of your choice. Ideal for heavy or bulky furniture.

B. Reducing Delivery Fees : If placing multiple orders, consider separating heavier items from lighter ones to combine standard and comfort delivery, optimizing costs.
C. In Case of Damage : It is essential to check the condition of the furniture upon receipt and note any damage on the delivery note before signing it. Without this, it may be difficult to obtain compensation or an exchange. IMPORTANT: You must describe the damage to the furniture, not the packaging.
