Once your order is shipped from our warehouses, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email. This link will allow you to track the progress of the delivery in real-time.

⚠️ If you have not received this link within 3 days after shipment, we invite you to contact our customer service so that we can resend it to you or check the status of your order.

As long as your order has not been shipped, it is possible to modify your order at no cost by contacting our sales department at the toll-free number 09 86 33 85 85, or by email at contact@robindesbois.com or via chat online on our site.

Cancellation within 24 hours

If you wish to cancel your order free of charge, you have a period of 24 hours after purchase.
In this case, we will proceed with a full refund of your order.

Cancellation after shipping (right of withdrawal)

You have a legal period of 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. In this case:

  • Fees will be deducted: return fees + €10 processing fee

  • The refund will be made (excluding shipping fees) once the furniture is returned and received in our warehouses

  • The furniture must be returned in its original packaging (boxes required). Without this, no refund can be made.

Feel free to contact our customer service for any cancellation request or to organize a return.

Once your return is validated or your cancellation is confirmed, the refund is automatically processed through the payment method used during the order (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Timeframes:

  • For a cancellation within 24 hours: the refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • For a return after receipt: the refund is processed after the product is received and verified in our warehouses, within 10 to 14 business days.

The refunded amount will take into account the conditions provided:

  • Full refund for cancellations within 24 hours

  • Fees deducted (return + €10) for withdrawals beyond shipment

  • Shipping costs not refunded if the order has been sent

⚠️ The furniture must be returned in its original packaging for the refund to be accepted.

If you add your loyalty card and discounted products in the same cart, the discount may not apply correctly.

In this case, it is necessary to proceed in two distinct steps:

  1. Make a first purchase only with the loyalty card.
    Complete the order and wait for its validation.

  2. Once the card is activated, place a second order with your products.
    The loyalty discount will automatically apply to this second cart.

This method ensures the proper functioning of the discount linked to the card.

Yes for fabrics, no for wood.

We offer fabric samples (linen, cotton velvet, polyester velvet) so you can validate the color and feel before placing an order.

However, we do not offer wood samples. Being a natural material, wood presents variations in knots, grain patterns, and shades from one piece to another. An isolated sample would therefore not be representative of the final appearance of the furniture.

Shipping fees may apply: they will be indicated before validation.
