To easily create a customer account:

  1. Click on the "My Account" section at the top right of the page.

  2. Select "No account? Create one".

  3. Enter your personal information (name, first name, email address) then choose a secure password.

  4. Confirm: your account is now created!

Forgot your password?

  1. Click on the "My Account" section at the top right of the page.

  2. Select "Forgot Password".

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Want to change your password?

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on the "Information" section.

  3. Select "New Password".

  4. Enter your current password and then set the new one.

To ensure the security of your account, choose a strong password (uppercase letters, numbers, special characters).

To change your mailing address on your Robin des Bois account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the Robin Interiors website.

  2. Click on the "Your Account" section located at the top right.

  3. Select "Addresses" from the menu.

  4. Find the address you want to update and click on "Update".

  5. Update your mailing address with the new information.

  6. Save the changes by clicking on "Save".

If you have any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact customer service by email or phone.

To update your personal information in your account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your customer area.

  2. Go to the “Your personal information” section.

  3. Enter the new information.

  4. Save your changes by clicking on “Save”.

    On the results and categories pages, use the filters (when available) to refine: by dimensions, wood/finish, price, etc.
