Delivery information:
Your KYOTO desk is delivered already assembled, only the legs need to be fitted (assembly instructions, tools, and hardware provided). It will be delivered to your home by appointment, either at your doorstep or to your floor (depending on your delivery option). Please ensure that the openings (doors, stairs, elevators) will allow the passage of the package(s) during delivery.
In case of damage during transport, it is imperative to describe on the carrier's delivery note any damage observed on the furniture (and not on the box) before signing it.
Without a written note from you on the condition of the furniture, it cannot be compensated or exchanged for damage. We advise you to keep the packaging to facilitate a possible exchange.
