Are my furniture items under warranty?

Yes. All furniture benefits from the legal guarantees in France:

• Legal guarantee of conformity (from the date of delivery).

• Legal guarantee against hidden defects (from the discovery of the defect).
  Depending on the models, a commercial guarantee may be added; its duration is listed on the product sheet.

What the guarantee covers: manufacturing/structural defects, defective hardware, abnormal finishing anomalies.

Natural characteristics of wood (not covered by the guarantee): our furniture is made of real wood, a living material that may have knots, color variations, and more or less pronounced grain patterns. These natural characteristics may alter the visual appearance of a piece compared to photos (lighting, screen); they do not constitute a defect under legal guarantees and are not covered by the guarantee.

General exclusions: normal wear and tear, misuse, impacts, excessive humidity, direct heat exposure, modifications, improper maintenance, non-intended professional use (except for dedicated ranges).

How to benefit: contact our customer service with your order number, photos/videos, and product reference; we will conduct a diagnosis and then arrange repair, exchange, replacement part, or refund as appropriate. Precise terms are indicated on each product sheet and summarized in our T&Cs.
