Reporting Delivery Anomalies

Any anomaly (damages, defects) noted during delivery must be reported on the delivery note, clearly specifying the damages, before signing.
Then contact our customer service at 09 86 33 85 85 to report the problem. Our team will guide you on the next steps.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt to withdraw.
To do so, you must express your wish in writing to our customer service (email or via the form in your General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Annex 1).
You can also carry out this process directly from your customer account, in the "Product Return" section.

Return Conditions

The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging (or repackaged), complete, without any signs of use or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Organization

Our customer service will contact you to organize the pick-up of the product(s).

Refund

The refund will be made after receipt and inspection of the returned product, via the payment method used during the purchase.

Return Costs

The return costs are your responsibility and will be communicated to you by our customer service.
