Robindesbois.com offers three delivery methods to suit the nature of the products ordered and your preferences:

1. Standard Delivery – small and medium items

  • Home delivery or pickup point (depending on the carrier).

  • Online tracking included.

  • Estimated time: 3 to 7 business days.

This method is mainly for small parcels like accessories, textiles, or decorative items.

2. Specialized furniture delivery – bulky items

  • Delivery to your home with an appointment.

  • 1 or 2 delivery personnel, depending on the volume.

  • "Room of your choice" option available if access allows.

  • Estimated time: 7 to 15 business days.

Ideal for bulky furniture (sofas, sideboards, tables, display cabinets...).

3. On-site warehouse pickup (drive)

  • Free service by appointment.

  • Loading ensured by our logistics team.

  • If your visit takes place before 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday) and the order is validated on-site, immediate pickup might be possible (subject to availability).

Fees and Delays

The delivery fees and estimated times are automatically displayed in your cart according to the delivery address and selected method.

The delivery fees vary based on several criteria:

- The weight of the ordered item

- The chosen delivery service (doorstep delivery / Saturday delivery / upstairs delivery / express).

- The delivery zone (Corsica, Germany, Belgium).

Once your account is created and your cart saved, you can access the different delivery methods and their rates. By default, Standard delivery (in front of your house) is activated.

We offer several delivery options according to your needs and location:

Standard Delivery – 7 business days

Delivery to your doorstep, in front of your home, or at the bottom of the building.

Comfort Delivery – 10 business days

Two delivery personnel place your furniture in the room of your choice.
This option is ideal for bulky or heavy furniture.

Express Delivery – 72 business hours

Receive your order within 3 days after shipping, for eligible products.
Offer available on a selection of in-stock items.

Delivery times may slightly vary depending on your area or the period (e.g., sales, holidays, public holidays).

A few days after your order is shipped, you will receive an email inviting you to choose your delivery day. This message comes directly from our partner carrier.

The terms vary depending on the delivery method selected:

Standard delivery

  • Delivery during the day, from Monday to Friday, without a specific time slot.

  • Saturday delivery possible upon request. Please contact us at 09 86 33 85 85.

Comfort delivery (with two delivery persons)

  • Half-day slots (morning or afternoon) are offered, from Monday to Friday.

  • Saturday delivery possible upon request. Please contact us.

Express delivery

  • Delivery during the day, from Monday to Friday, without a specific time slot.

  • For Saturday delivery, contact us at 09 86 33 85 85.

We recommend you monitor your emails after shipment to quickly choose your ideal slot.

Each product sheet indicates the weight of the furniture (net weight). The shipping information specifies the weight of the package and, if necessary, its dimensions. Depending on the item, the packaging may include protections (foam corners, wood, double cardboard) that increase the weight and volume compared to the furniture alone.

  • For carrier pricing, a volumetric weight may apply (related to the package volume).

  • Heavy/bulky furniture may require a 2-person delivery or adapted access conditions (elevator, staircase width, doorway).

  • For warehouse pickup, check the capacity of your vehicle and plan for straps/covers.
    If a weight information does not appear on the page, contact customer service with the product reference: we will confirm the net weight, the weight of the package, and the shipping dimensions.

Precise reservations regarding the condition of the furniture on the delivery note that the carrier will ask you to sign Also remember to take photos and if necessary refuse the goods

The delivery person is required to wait until you have checked the goods before signing the delivery note In the absence of reservations this document constitutes acceptance and conformity of the delivery

In most cases only the packaging is damaged the furniture well protected inside the parcel generally remains intact However this does not exclude careful inspection

Yes, the modification is possible as long as your order has not yet been shipped. For any request, please contact our customer service:

  • By phone: 09 86 33 85 85 (Monday to Friday, 9:00–12:30 / 14:00–17:30)

If you would like a delayed shipment, it is possible to postpone the dispatch of your order by up to three months (valid only for orders placed on our website robindesbois.com). To do so, simply add a comment when placing your order or contact customer service at 09 86 33 85 85.

Would you like to receive your order quickly?
We recommend choosing Express Delivery and you will receive your order within 24 to 48 hours* depending on your region (*after dispatch).

Please note that for orders with a volume of 2 m³, delivery will need to be carried out in several shipments. Our customer service team will contact you to explain these arrangements.

We can only deliver your furniture to one address per order.

If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

We offer a standard delivery service (doorstep delivery only) on Saturday mornings between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.


Your order must be confirmed no later than the preceding Wednesday (until midnight) and must not exceed a volume of 2 m³.

Regarding your home:

Product and package dimensions are indicated on each product page under the "technical sheet" tab.

We recommend measuring your space as well as all access points, including staircases, before delivery to ensure the product is suitable and can be easily installed in the desired room in the case of a Comfort delivery.

No hoist or window delivery solutions are possible.

Regarding access to your home:

When confirming your order, it is important to inform us if access to your home involves any specific conditions (pedestrian street, narrow street, door code, floors, etc.) so that we can organize the delivery under the best conditions and avoid unnecessary trips.

Our furniture is delivered in reinforced cardboard packaging to protect it during transport. Some more fragile and larger items are strapped onto pallets (for standard delivery), while others are delivered in wooden crates.


If you would like the packaging to be taken back by the delivery driver, we recommend choosing the Comfort delivery option.
